Default 97 Honda Civic overheating

Car has a d16y7 I replaced the radiator fan relay and switch but I jumped off the wire for the switch and the fan came on it. The temp gauge sits at operating temp but the water just steams out the radiator. It's not running too hot but I have the fill the radiator up after about 150 miles.

Any visible leaks? Or just losing water at 150 miles?
