HID Conversion Kit on 1998 Honda Civic DX Coupe

HID Conversion Kit on 1998 Honda Civic DX Coupe
Good Evening,
I currently own a 1998 Honda Civic DX Coupe. This car is stock. I recently changed the headlights and in the same process; installed a HID Kit (8000k). Everything worked fine, it is a plug and play system so it's easy to set up. I set everything up nicely, and went to go and start up the car. I turned on the lights, both HID lights turning on projecting the correct colour(8000k). After about 30seconds, the driver side headlight turned off, then within the next 10 seconds, the passenger headlight followed and also turned off. I'm not sure what happened. Any information is helpful for troubleshooting. I would call the place where I bought them but they are closed until tomorrow morning. Could anyone help? Thanks!

It's not very often that these vehicles need a wiring harness. When you go to turn them on again, do they come on, flicker or is it completely dead?
