15-19K depending on if all the paint is original and not resprayed and the condition of the interior keep in mind yellow is the most produced color though that wont really change the price today but in the future the 2 black colors will be considered rare due to the low production #'s

Comparable for you
Did PY come with gunmetal wheels?
From a collector perspective it needs a lot of money spent. Mileage and no claims will help sell the car quick.
I estimate it would sell at 14k USD ($17,500 CAD )locally.
15k USD is 19k CAD Not sure it would sell locally but it seems US buyers are willing to pay more.

I am not sure what other used car pricing guides there are out there, but vmrcanada.com currently lists values for ITRs. I don't remember seeing numbers like this before, I think it is recent information because the values are very high compared to other model Integras of the same mileage for the 2001 model year. 2000 models have a value only with no considerations for mileage.
It's tough to say how much the non original block will affect the value, at least you have the transmission vin tag and all original panels and the car looks really clean. As far as US buyers go, I would imagine there there would not be as much interest in a PY car a CW car, just by going by what we have been seeing sold to buyers south of the border, but who knows.
BTW, according to values on that website, they are saying it is worth the same as a 2006 or 2007 S2000 with the same mileage on it....

USD. But hey, I'm not an expert lol. The non matching engine would decrease the value. But if you look at the R's being sold recently, it seems like $15k for this is around market value IMO. But maybe you'd have to sell to an American to get this price?
In alabama you would be lucky to get 8k I buy and sell lots of cars and 15k is full blown price
you can pick up a good itr down here in matching vins for 10k with not much searching

hondas isn't worth much no matter which model and yes location matters I go state to state buying and selling cars for double of what I pay
every location brings different prices
Are there any for sale for 10k USD right now with no stories? If so please post a link
I dont think you fully understand the market for ITRs. The market for ITRs does not track evenly with a normal used car market. If a mint low mileage stock ITR was located in the north all its life, it will sell for a similar price as a mint low mileage stock ITR anywhere else in the country.
