Hello my fellow integra fams. My check engine light in my 96 gsr won't turn on even at the key at ignition when all lights should turn on. Yes the bulb is there in my cluster the connector that plugs to the cluster found the diagram for it in the 13 pin plug an it's pinned where it should be. So IDK what's going on also my p28 is good had it bench tested by my tuner because I'm running ectune in it I even put back my stock obd2a p72 ecu an still no light just my MIL(maintenance required light) flashs like it should then turns off when I turn her on. My tuner said my cel should flash 3 times when I turn on my gsr because of ectune. Tried to find the little blue plug on my passenger side an can't find it to jump it an I think the previous shitty owner cut it off. Just itso you guys know.

 

Have you checked the bulb itself? 94

 

It has new bulbs the whole cluster and sockets dude.

Do you have power at fuse 25 with ign. on?

Do you have a ground at ECU A18, [green/orange]?

If both, good check continuity of green/orange between ECU and cluster plug, dude. 94

 

Where is fuse 25 located at?. Under dash box right? An what port is it. I'm going to check the ground for the ecu A18 right now thank you .

 

Sorry it is fuse 15-10A, in under dash fuse box, numbers are on the fuse box itself. 94

And yep a18 cut as you see the green/orange.

Also this cheap step down harness doesn't even have mil wired up the pin isn't there so even if I wired back up the green/orange wire for The cel dude it wouldn't turn on because of the step down harness as you see right here. So hello order rywire step down.

Ugly, that got hot, looks like pin 13A, green/orange is MIL on the P28,, same color diff. location, make sure the jumper is wired correctly so pin 18A of cars harness, [cut lead] jumps to pin 13A of the p28. 94

 

What got hot?.Okay just looked up the diagram for p28 ecu pins. A13 is the cel you right green/orange. The jumper harness I followed A18 to see if it go to A13 and it does so going to solder back the A18 wire from my cabin harness, the previous douchebag cut it man but thank you sir let me do what you said an see.

 

And that cut green/yellow wire you see is from A8 the integras VTS or vtec solenoid so the previous owner had it running straight two wires to use a obd1 ecu cause it had a ls engine harness which I got a uncut LA engine harness because the one it had on was merked smh. Also I have a jdm block no knock sensor . I'm going to find a good uncut obd2a gsr engine harness.

 

What got hot? never mind, it just looks burnt, but it is just the plastic that is "discolored" 94
