Default NEED ADVICE 2000 EX WIRING

Swaping up a d16y8 automatic to a b18a1 manual boost. The mechanic i had working on this gave up after her cut my wiring harness... Video below.

I just need any advice I can get. Where do i start. What new harnesses will i need. etc..

Thank you

any harness for your chasis will do, 96-00 civic.

I run my stock harness 98 civic HX to run a b18c1 with OBD1 ECU. I converted My alt wiring and Dizzy plugs to OBD1
