Default Car is tilting to the left.

Hello
I just put my summer tires on and when i was done my car was tilting towards the left side, as if the suspension of the right side of the car got caught up. I meassured the gap between top of the tire to roof of the wheel housing. its off by a few centimeters compared to the left back tire.

so basicly i just changed the tires and now its fucked.
Any ideas of what might have happend? Is this a common problem for honda civics 89 when changing tires?

When I change my tires (with the parking brake on) the car will usually sit high until I release the tension on the parking brake. The rear wheels sort of "torque up" when loaded. Have you driven it to see if it settles out?

Are all of your summer tires the same size, or is one or two a different size?

This is not common on any vehicle and really shouldn't happen under any circumstances, unless of course you've damaged or changed something along the way.

i had the parking brake tensioned while i did the changeover. All the tires are the same 175 65 r14 and i took it out for quite a spin. It did not sink down, it runs well tho without any vibrations but it cant be good to have it tilted can it?

maybe i should try and lift the car on the actual axle? just to see if the suspension pops loose somewhat?

No no no absolutely not. If it was going to settle it would have already. What else have you done to your car. Be honest now.

well nothing more than i described and im quite baffled over it all, im just looking for answers hoping someone else got some experience about this problem. Its quite dirty and a bit rusted in the area but i cannot for the life of me figure out what could have happend.

And im sure its not because of uneven ground. But could it be something with the parking brake? That it got stuck in some way?

-its perfectly normal and EXPECTED that cars lean to the driver side. you may just not have noticed it before.
-check to see if your springs settled ok. what springs did you use?
-rezero your bushings by jacking under the control arm until the tire is off the ground, then loosen and retighten all the lower control arm bolts.
