Default which axles for hydro transmission

I've been searching forever but cant find a straight answer. Will my stock axles (STD hatch) work with a 97 hydro transmission?

Thanks

I agree.

The only difference between axles between a 92-99 civic ex and a 88-91 Si, is that the Si will have a thicker shaft, but the splines and shaft that goes into the transmission and hub are the same.

Use the axles that match the transmission. The spline count will be the same for all D series except the 4 speed transmission, but the axle length is different between EF and EG/EK.

The 88-91 axles are different lengths than 92-95.

EG Left = 773mm-778mm
EG Right = 500mm-505mm

EF Left = 775mm-780mm
EF Right = 483mm-487mm
