Rsx-s 02, idle problem

Rsx-s 02, idle problem
Hi all
to explain you my problem;
sometime ( not all the time ) afther engine is warm idle start to go up\down
from 1000-3000..
i've tryed cleaning TB and IACV, i don't really know what else would it be?
Does TPS would do anything about it ? or maybe a TB sensor ? o2 sensor ?
I also notice i have a Evap canister prob could it be it ?
Friend of mine told me its coul be a vacuum? he also said that i should try spraying brake cleaner in a few spot?
