Default Wipers move on there own?

Im pretty sure this is a common problem, once i go over a certain speed, my wipers start to creep up the screen and then move really slowly.

A few of my mates crx's do the same

Is there a fix for this?

Is it a Y49? Maybe you need a exorcism?

Do you have wiepr slop as well.
Like they hit the cowl and A-pillar
If so it's your wiper linkage bushings that are worn.

Humm, maybe this is cheaper than hiring a exorcist.

I paid a website to become an ordained minister so let me know if you need me to remove the demons.

remove the wiper cowl
The linkage from the motor on the passenger side to the rest of the assembly is probably worn.
There are little bushings that are like a ball socket type.
They wear and create slop.

Go to the store and buy the HELP! universal wiper bushing kit.
Pick the ones that is most similar to the old one.
Drop them in in boiling water to soften them.
Put them in a vice with a socket large enought to let it pass though on the other side.

And done.

My wipers still move up a bit at speed, but that's normal, the angle on our hood doesn't move the wind up and over the wiper assembly
