so i just picked up a 95 civic hatch from a friend that was a non runner and after driving it around for a few miles yesterday i gotta say the seats are not my style, when i drive i like to sit pretty much straight up and down, however the seats in the car, set as straight as can be, are still a little tilted back too much for my taste.

heres where it gets interesting

supposedly this car has/came with the jdm si seats out of some other car, rumor has it the interior backseats as well as the front are worth a lot of money. so my throughts are sell these seats and buy some racing seats or some other style of seats that are my style.

i was also hoping to get some more info on the current seats i have, i cant seem to find them anywhere. ill try to upload some pictures

 

As you can see they are in perfect condition, and that only 3 bolt holes line up, the drivers seat has adjustable ***** that you can turn to adjust the seat bottom angle, but my knees also hit the steeringwheel

 

Possibly not JDM RHD seats ... that rear pocket should be on the other side (unless driver's has one also). Can't say I recognize the fabric. Seats are shoddily installed (3 bolts isn't enough for safety), and they're from a 6G Civic. Got some other nice parts on it (centre armrest, lower centre console, is that a leather wrapped steering wheel?), so maybe P.O. splurged on some nice seats.

 

So i saw that the 2000 em1 civic has these seats and i dont really like them, but they dont sell for much, and yes safety is my biggest concern!
