I have a96 gsr sedan. Ive replaced the fuel pump main relay starter and distributor. But im not getting a spark or any fuel. Anyone know why?

Start with your check engine light, does it stay on? If so the problem is your ECU! If the light goes off, and you dont hear the relay/ pump, it's likely the relay under the driver dash. If you still have problems, check your battery to body ground, and the ground wire for your ECU which is located on thermostat housing on my Integra. Yes, it is supposed to be on the housing not the block. Aluminum is not a great conductor of electricity, but the screws are steel, and electricity travels through water. Make sure your connections are solid, metal is clean, and afterwards apply some liquid electrical tape to avoid future corrosion.
