Default 2000 Acura TL Code po740! HELP!

I just bought a 00 TL with 152k miles last month. about two weeks into it the torque converter supposedly went bad and shot metal particles into the trans...according to Honda. Long story short the broker I bought it from sent me to the shop he uses to get it rebuilt and a new converter installed at a really good price. I know you get what you pay for, and I am kicking myself in the rear right now...but financially using the guy I bought it from and paying half of the repair at $550 was alot better than paying $3100. Anyways two to three weeks later I am having hard shift problems as well as a little slippage between 2nd and 3rd, and running a low 2000rpms at 75-80mph which used to run high 1000's. went to Autozone today to have the codes ran and it pulled two codes, one of which I a not too concerned about at the moment. one po131 bank 1 sensor 1 o2 and this po740 transaxle lockup clutch system malfunction. I have searched for the last 2 hours with alot of results all saying the trans has to be replaced or rebuilt, but I have maybe 1k miles on my rebuild! it still has roughly 10k miles left under warranty, but my question is what exactly do you guys think is going on here? Is this repair going to be covered or am I most likely going to be out of pocket for this? I love this car and its had 2 owners with no accidents, seats are flawless and the body is straight...so I really want to drive it until it quits and replace the power train and drive it for another 100k miles or more. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody? I am trying to get some answers before I take it back to the shop. I don't want to have someone just throw parts at it. Even Honda/Acura don't know, their system says replace transmission...but it was just rebuilt.

These years of transmissions had a few issues, most can be fixed at rebuild, but of whomever rebuilt it is not well educated with Honda ATs or just slaps clutch packs into the old trans, it will fail again.
If the TC overheated it is most likely from an overshooting PRV. Fluid flow stops going through the cooler, the trans cooks, and the TCC drags which causes further overheating and wear.

It actually was rebuilt again about 3 weeks ago, then I had a p0131, 170, 171, and a 174 pop up all at the same time with a ltitle slip/hard shift in the Trans again. I lost all power and the car started bucking and slowing down by itself on the highway at 70mph in rush hour with my wife and son in the car. needless to say I have purchased a brand new 2016 Versa S 5spd, the wife and I got a really good deal on it...and only paid $11k for it off the lot with the same payment I am paying for the TL. I am done with Honda for now until I can get back on my feet and get my hands on another Ef sedan. working 65+ hours a week at two jobs in two different counties/cities, I need something I can turn the key and go and not have to worry about anything.
