Default Replacement Door Window does not work

1996 Accord US Wagon CE1, JDM RHD. Time to clean up a decade of dents and dings, before repainting the car, so I bought a new RHR door at Pick-a-Part to replace the dented one that a drunk kicked in while the car was parked at a secure garage (and of course they deleted the video).

The old door had a working electric window but a door lock that screamed and had to be locked manually (both rear doors do this). The new door has a working door lock, but the window won't go down. This suggests its in the door, not in the fuses or master switch. Before I begin to tear into it blind, can anyone explain to me what to look for and how to access it? I did remove the electric window module from the old door, but have not yet had the door panel off.

Thanks in advance for advice.

I hope you still have the old door?

Anyway, I'd pop the panel off and see if the window motor is good by applying power and ground to the motor connector.....switch which wires you apply the voltage and ground to, that will check the motor in both directions.
