Just purchased the GC Sleeves from THM. Didn't get the option to choose spring rates.
Does this mean I'll be getting the standard 350F/250R?

If you didn't pick spring spring rates you will get the OTS rates. I believe those are it, but I'm not 100%

 

Without knowing the vehicle you ordered them for its a bit difficult to tell you what the OTS rates are.

The 92-00 Civic OTS rates I got a few years back were 330 front / 250 rear. The Integras get 380 front / 250 rear I believe. No clue on the other common makes. Info on your vehicle would be really helpful.

 

Ive emailed them twice in the past and NEVER heard back. Every time I call them they are more than helpful. Definitely call them

Just post in the for sale thread saying since you purchased them no one is returning your calls about spring rates, you can also call Ground Control, because I believe they ship from there, if they haven't shipped yet you may have time to change the order if you need to

He ordered over easter weekend and tried emailing them with no response (duh).

He hasn't posted since the week started. Which would make me think he probably decided to call them once they opened up again. Or they returned his email once they re-opened.

i would give them a call. i tried emailing them before on an issue and the turnaround on a response back is horrible. even then, giving them a call, i would be on hold for a long time, or just giving me a hassle just to get a hold of someone to help me. beware!
