Car sputtering - CEL code P0505
My brother recently got a car and it sputters on 1st shift when I let go of clutch almost as if it wants to stall.
Car is a 2000 honda civic ex coupe, stock engine.
The idle of the car is at 1500

I was thinking it could be a cheap short ram intake it has installed could it be that?

OP, how'd you know what the code was, but not know what the IACV is? Something ain't right here....
