How would you deal with this?
I have a 90 hatch with completely stock d15b2, 250k miles. It needs a valve adjustment, one of the spark plugs blew last year and i had the hole tapped cause it stripped it. So now the spark plug is permanently in there. Theres a few other issues with it too. What should I do to fix my problems? New cylinder head? New engine? Or should I attempt to retap the spark plug again and do a valve adjustment? Thanks for the input!

I'd be very tempted to throw another head on there . . . pm3 heads are still a dime a dozen.
New valve stem seals, make sure the valves/guides are good, get the seats cut, etc.

Yeah I'd just get a head. Get a good quality timing belt and water pump while your at it! Take your time and label all your parts /bolts. You want to put them back where they came from due to temperature differences.
