Default Sheared off a/c pulley bolt

I got a doozy for you guys. Any ideas how to get this bolt removed, without damaging existing threads.

Will do. To be as concise as possible I think what happened is I didn't tighten the idle pulley bolt tight enough which caused the pulley wheel to go bad (talking about 1000miles or so before I heard the pulley wheel sounding funny). I was about to replace it when going down the freeway I heard a squeal and saw that it had sheared off.
