Clutch losing pressure randomly
Ok guys so my car is a 95 civic with a b20 engine. I recently had my clutch, pressure plate replaced along with a resurfaced flywheel. New throwout bearing and pilot bearing as well. I also have done the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder TWICE already. After I replaced everything, clutch felt great and gears shifted smoothly for about 3 weeks. Then I started to notice that if I were to cruise in say 3rd gear for a few miles, the clutch pedal would have no pressure. If I were to pump it up, the pedal comes back. I thought maybe the master and/or slave I got was already bad so I did them again with no luck. All the clutch stuff was done by a reputable shop. I am kind of stumped right now.
Update: Went to go bleed clutch some more using two man method. I open bleeder, friend pushes in clutch, I close bleeder and friend goes to release the clutch but it sticks to the floor. I dont remember the pedal sticking during this process. I went thru two bottles of brake fluid, we bled and bled and still doesnt feel better.
Did you use a new Honda master and slave or are they jobber new or rebuilt stuff? I hate using any non oe hydraulic anything, it's almost always junk.
Another rare possibility is that the flex line is expanding as you pump the pedal.

This is the second clutch master and slave I got from autozone. They are literally brand new, with no miles on them. I know they can be bad out the box but two in a row? Idk I may just buy stuff from honda.
