1991 Accord won't start. Suggestions?
I had another post about oil in my spark plugs. My car was working but would sometimes die. I checked my spark plugs and they were drenched with oil. Once I put the wires back in the car would not start at all.
I took apart the valve cover and rocker arm assembly. Replaced gaskets and O-rings. Cleaned out oil. And then I replaced spark plugs as well as spark plug wires. Now the car is still not starting. I have no idea what it could be. Here are the products I bought hich should be compatible for my car:
Other things I did to my car is change out the front motor mount. Changed the power steering belt. Replaced the brake fluid and transmission oil. Changed the oil (put in 5 quarts which I think is a little much). Replaced PCV valve (OEM part was straight, replacement was a 90 degree angle).
Could anything that I messed with prevent my car from starting? Like I said, before I did any work my car was starting. It would just die ocassionally because so much oil in the plugs.
Thanks in advance for any troubleshooting ideas or help.

I have a 92 accord and it went dead on me driving it. I replaced the wires, plugs, dist cap and button. Still would not start. So i charged the battery nothing. Changed the whole dist and that was the problem also was told the key switch wiring is bad about going bad. Order parts online will be cheaper also. Make sure your battery is charged and hooked up 1st. Good luck
