Cheapest source for 3" stainless exhaust flanges?

I need them at least 3/16" thick, two bolt holes. These things seem to be pretty expensive from the places I have found. Where do you guys get them?

Check out a k24 flange where it connects to the catylic converter look to be 3 inches or bigger
