Default D16y8 to B18b1 (help)

Okay, so i have a 2000 Honda Civic Ex couple with a d16y8. I'm really sick and tired of the single jingle and i want something with some extra nut. I'm on a budget and I'm trying to keep it simple.. lol. so i was wondering what is it that i need to swap my motor from the SOHC to the DOHC. Can someone please leave a list of everything i need to swap the b18b1 into my ek coupe.. Thanks
