Car feeling like its bogging
I have a 01 integra with a b20.
Now just yesterday I was getting on the highway and I was in 2nd going to 3rd and I was getting on it to catch up to traffic and around 3,000 rpm it's gives a little bog of and on (like it something is stuck in the exhaust) I'm not getting my full power. I think it might be my cat but that's fairly new. So before I start tearing things apart does anyone know what it could be? Honestly it feels like I'm getting to much fuel and not
Enough air but this just started to happen. So any suggestions?

Sounds like it's running rich, this is why a wide band afr is so important to have and comes in handy in a situation lije this even on a stock ecu, you could of looked at your afr while if bogged and seen if it's running too rich ar that rpm.
Have you been burning oil?
If so, the cat could be clogging up.
Do you have access to a gutted cat or a straight pipe?
My problem was, when accelerating on an onramp, my B18B1 bogged and lost power.
The rebuild would have cost $2800-3200, so I swapped in a jdm motor, from honline motors dot com.

Well I was running lean. I got a code for p0170 and p0171 so I turned up my fuel regulator and it was running fine for 2 weeks and the codes went away. But just the other day it's acting up

Hard to say, but I'm thinking it sounds like your Coil may be going bad. When they get hot, and are failing, you'll lose your spark. Also, with the aftermarket fuel regulator, make sure it's set for the OEM pressure if you aren't running an aftermarket computer, fuel pump, and injectors. Having an adjustable regulator is totally useless if you're still running the OEM computer!! Personally I have never had a cat get so clogged that it affected the performance of my car in full throttle... I just don't think its possible! Another thought, use the OEM spark plugs if you can find them, and if you like to keep the RPMs high go with the higher series of plugs. My car calls for a ZFR5F-11 plugs, ZFR6F-11 for "constant high speed or high temp" driving~!
