Does the aftermarket parts of my b16a will work on a b16b?
Intake manifold 90mm
Dc headers
Aem fuel rail
Aem fuel regulator
Aem high flow pressure pump
440cc injectors
Msd distribuitor cap w/vms cables
Msg coil blaster2
Etc.

I wouldn't bother with the msg parts, they would do nothing for that engine. The "may" fit, you have to see if the clear the taller block.

Header may not clear the oil pan since the b16b has a taller block.
