Default F20b wiring question.

I am doing the wiring for an F20b I am getting ready to install in my 98 civic hatch. I am using a OBD1 ECU with a f20b chip in it, OBD2a harness and OBD2a to OBD1 jumper harness. I am using a OBD1 H22a Dizzy which I am splicing the connectors and using OBD2a distributor plugs.

My question is regarding the CKF sensor. Since there is not CKF sensor on the F20B, am I safe jumping C1 and C4 at the OBD2a end of the jumper harness like it says on this link .:FFS TechNet:. » ECU & WIRING How-To Articles » CKF Bypass Trick ?

My second question is What is the CKF sensor used for?

thanks in advance

Default Re: F20b wiring question.

I did not realized all the info I needed was in the link I was looking at. I looked at wiring part only, hadn't read the whole thing.

Thanks anyway.
