Default Too lean problem

So I'm up for inspection and I can't pass because my car has 3 not ready codes. I'm running lean with 2 codes p0170 and p0171, now I've checked all over the place and even put new 02 sensors in and checked for leaks and even sprayed carb cleaner around the intake to see if idle will change, and nothing. I can clear the code for a whole day and it won't come on until the next day.
I have a b20 high comp with a ls intake year is 2001 not sure if that will help.
But any advice would be great.
Also someone told me to check my fuel pump or fuel filter but I have a fuel regulator gauge telling me how much gas I'm running and it says 40, I tried turning it up to 55 to see if that will stop me from running lean and I'm still having codes be thrown at me

You mean the OBD-II scanner shows three "Not Ready" MONITORS?

Which monitors are they? It should say on whatever documentation you got.

I'd check for cracks on the intake tube, broken vacuum hoses, or pinched hoses. I'd also try changing your spark plugs for OEM (copper is best!), using only premium fuel with NO ETHANOL, and check your PCV valve isn't stuck. (some cars you cant take this off without breaking the plastic, so consider how to repair it before you take it off!!) Really you'd think the o2 sensors would have taken care of your issue, but the problem may be related to simply poor fuel or bad plugs/wires. My integra does NOT like platinum plugs and runs like a top on good old copper.
