Default Ecu repair

Hey guys. By pure chance I ended up with an obd1 pr3 ecu. When I first tested it, it would not power up the car. I went through and replaced all capacitors, c14 being the first, then the rest of them with a cap kit from HA motorsports. Also added a chip kit and PWM kit. Now the ecu will power up, dash lights come on and will crank over, but still will not start the car. The bin I burned to the installed chip is the same bin I currently have on my ostrich 2.0 running the same car on a converted po5, made with crome pro

Any idea where I should start looking? I would like to transfer my ostrich/hulig to the pr3 for tuning purposes, as the pr3 has knock board. All kits were installed according to HA motorsports online guides. And help would be much appreciated.

I forgot to mention, the car is a 93 civic eh2 with gsr/pr3 motor, 82mm pr3 pistons, performer x manifold skunk2 tuner2 cams, 70mm tb, b16 trans. Static comp should be 11.4/11.6:1 as I am running ferrea flat faced valves and supertech springs retainers. Using aem fuel rail and regulator (next on the the upgrade list) and deatschworks 420cc injectors.

As of now, the car power up with the pr3 ecu, fuel pump primes and stops, check engine light shuts off with fuel pump, no codes present.. thanks fellas

are you sure you used the correct chip addressing for the burner?
why not just try plugging the ostrich into the ecu to see what it does?

I burned the bin direct from crome with a burn. I'm going to try burning with flash and burn, and if nothing, I'll move ostrich to pr3. Thanks man

in case you need it:
flash burn settings for SST 27sf512:

chip:
start: 008000
end: 00FFFF

buffer:
start: 000000
end: 007FFF
