Hi! a friend of mine has EG with B18C4 (EDM engine, same as B18C1 GSR one) , this car has a very weird wiring problem with O2 sensor. he got cel sometimes and problem is from O2 sensor, he is using and universal one, it's ok, the weird problem is when i unplug o2 sensor, car doent start it up, get solid cel , not fuel pump working..i tried another new universal o2 sensor, dont start it up, and same problem with solid cel, tried a o2 sensor oem, same problem, it only works with that o2 sensor.. i dissabled o2 sensor on the basemap, samething, tried other ecu that works properly with a new basemap (crome gold) , same thing, i can't find where is the problem, it only works with that sensor, not start with unplug sensor or other universal or specified o2 sensors, any input?
