Icon4 Car wont start

My 1994 Honda accord wont start. Before I did anything to it could start if jumped. I recently got a new battery, so car could start. Has a really bad leak, so I did research on where it would be coming from. Many said the common area was the v-tech solenoid, so I changed the gaskets for the solenoid. I tried to start the car but car wouldn't start. I checked the battery and it was fully charged. I tried to start car again and it began clicking. I took the keys out of the ignition, but car began clicking even louder. I detached the battery connecters so the clicking would stop. I assumed the clicking was coming from the starter, so I got a new one and I reattached everything. when I did attach the battery cables, it sounded like the starter was spinning. the noise began to die down. I went to start the car and now it wont start. when I put the keys in the ignition, it seems like there is no power coming at all, even when the battery is connected.
I am very frustrated and any advice will do.

Sounds like bad ignition switch - should be a connector with wire bundle on the backside of the key cylinder (have to remove column cover) and connector up under knee panel.

If you have an aftermarket alarm it's possible the starter disable function of the alarm is malfunctioning, especially if it's a Viper alarm.

Could, but you would still have accessory power. Had bad ignition happen to me on a 05 BMW.... did like he describes.

I didn't see where he said he has no accessory power but if he has no accessory power then it's definitely possible.
