When i turn my lights on the low beam is dim. Then when i hit the highbeam switch both high and low beam cut off. Any ideas? Is it a grounding issue? Please help me.

Oh i have replaced the low beam and its the same.

 

It's a ground. Something like this just came up. Do some searches.

 

I was hoping it wasnt a grounding issue because i dont have the necessary tools to chase wires. But thanks i will look into the grounds
