Default Smart fire injectors unsteady afrs

So I got a set of 750cc smartfire injectors from someone who told me it was bosch ones. He told me that he was bench testing them and they all of them came out good.

Anyways, tried to tune iton crome on idle, played with the injectors offset and the fuel map, just can't get them runs steady. The afrs jumping all around and the car idles horrible. I even didn't want to try and go fir a ride, I afraid it will damage my engine.

Are those injectors really a piece of junk, or maybe I forgot to do something in order to make them runs smooth.

BTW the engine is D16 VTEC running on chipped P28, demon and crome.

Thanks in advance.

What did the bench test measure in ohms? If they're not saturated injectors, you're going to need a resistor for each injector as well.

That should be saturated.. Good on that. Is it any different between cylinders? One staying stuck open/closed? Also, maybe Crome isn't adjusting correctly? Or poor quality injectors.. Tough to say without seeing.

I don't know. Will check it. But anyway, I want to know if there anything else I should do in order to get steady afrs. Is there anything else I need to configure on crome other than injectors offset in milisecond and fuel map?

My tuner has had three different customer cars on the dyno with Smart Fire injectors... NONE of them operated correctly with them. All three cases required swapping out the injectors with a quality brand and the cars then performed flawlessly on dyno.

Remember, good **** ain't cheap... and cheap **** ain't good.

Here OP, take a look at this:

Then do a quick Google search about the garbage injectors you purchased.
