Default Bizarre oil leak! Help please!

Greetings! My very 1st post. I have a 2000 accord ex 4cyl 4door with 171K that I just bought as my son's first car. So I have been fixing leaks one by one....I THOUGHT I got all of them fixed...but alas...a new one has appeared. I am not a mechanic, but would love to know the name of this part/area this oil leak is from! It is on the drivers side towards the back. if you were on the ground and looking from just behind from where the front driver tire, it appears to be to the left of the cat converter (?). Def not the Rear Main or oil pan. Nothing appears to be leaking from the top (see pic). I took this pic from the ground up. It looks like a fitting on a metal bar that has some corrosion on it (maybe a small oring seal) but really have no clue. Totally stumped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Okay, maybe it's the power steering rack?

Yes, that's the rack. Looks like it's leaking from the plug there. Is your reservoir losing ps fluid ?
