my passenger window in my 96 honda civic hx coupe goes down but not up

its getting power. i used a test light

at first the window wouldn't go down, but i re-wired the harness in the door, and now the window works.

but only problem, i can't get it to come back up.

ive tried different window switches, and all window switches do the same
ive tried plugging up 3 different window regulators and still, window won't go up

what could be my problem!?

 

Broken wires in the two door jamb connectors is the first place to start.
