aiite heres the deal I already did searchs and no helpful info came up. I just want to know what specific parts I need. How to install these parts like the ecu vtec hookup. D16Y7 block. I'm going to the junkyard soon to get this stuff so I hope everyone will be helpful enough for the info!

keep it mostly stock, get a d16y8 head, harness and ECU, stock = better in my opinion
