Default Best way to bend 0.125" alum

I need to bend some 0.125" aluminum to about a 5" radius. Any ideas? Slip roll?

If the slip roller can handle it, go for it. How big is the sheet you want to roll?

The biggest piece is about 12" by 8". The 8" dimension needs curved. I don't have a slip roll. I was thinking maybe anneal it with a torch and bend it over something with the curve I need

that's also possible. If you have a round pipe/tube laying around with the radius that you want anneal it and clamp down the sheet on the round pipe/tube and work it around with your hands. If this piece will be put through a lot of stress I recommend you temper it after.

I recommend using a slip roll..... It should make life easier. But if you dont have the tools or access to them , Improvising is always best.
