I picked up a 98' civic EX d16y8 about 4 years ago. A friend of mine and I rebuilt the engine approx. 30k miles ago. Body is sitting at 250k. Had all the bodywork and paint done, interior is still in great shape, aftermarket head unit with kicker speakers all the way around. It's not built for performance by any means but over the years I've put a few upgraded parts on it. High voltage coil, NGK-R plugs and wires, AEM intake with K&N cone filter. Long tube header pipe with a high flow catalytic converter. Small stuff mainly to help with fuel mileage (averages 33-34). I know that this engine was never built for horsepower numbers, but it really struggles on hills and with the air condition on you may as well forget cruise control.

I recently had the windows tinted, and have been considering putting larger 16" wheels on with summer tread tires and keeping my winter treads on the stock steel 14" wheels. The wheels I'm looking to get are RAGE R20's. I don't know much about them honestly, I like the way they look is about all I can say. I've been looking for pictures on google of my car with 16" wheels so I have something to compare it to on how it will look when I'm done. It has stock suspension under it (oem height, but replaced). Does anyone have pictures of a car like mine with a similar setup on 16's?

I've also played around with the idea of putting a small turbo on, maybe 6-8psi of boost just for better power in the hills. Almost all the kits I've found require elimination of the air conditioning though. What kits are out there to keep the A/C and in a reasonable price range?
