i have a 88 ninja 600. its balck with red wheels. The wheels are old looking.. what can i use to make them look new again.. if i sand them down.. is it possible to polish them or should i just paint them?

just got into the looks and appearence of it so im not 100 percent sure on what i can do to make it a little nicer looking.

body is in great condition.

powder coat or polish/clear coat other wise you'll be repianting them in a months time
