95 coupe with D15B7 - does it have vtec?

Default 95 coupe with D15B7 - does it have vtec?

So I just got this 95 coupes with a 1.5 sohc in it. Sounded like it had vtec. Checked the motor and it says d15b7 on it and I don't see a silinoid either for it. Can anyone help me out with my issue

Look up your VIN number. Post pics of the head near the distributor.

It's just a 1.5L, 16v head. Nothing special. As for "hearing" VTEC...no, no you didn't.

Looks like a stock D15B7 block and head. When the spark plugs are on the back (intake side) of the head it's definitely one of the earlier non-VTEC heads.
