anyone experience the same? need help to overcome this

 

What's the problem?

 

see the **** making strong vibration and strange noise when lifted up (door unlocked). i can't lock the door manually with the key. it will kick back the key to home position. if i put a strong force to turn the key, it will make the same vibration and noise.

 

It's a mechanical problem with the door lock mechanism. Remove door panel and inspect the lock rods and latch.

 

UPDATE:




I found out the lock actuator was broken but they have nothing to do with the problem. the only thing i've done is to adjust the the **** shaft which is connecting to the joint, put it in lower position (in red circle). now it's work.
