Default 91 integra codes 7 and 16

hey all, was having all the symptoms of a loose high idle valve the other day so i took it off and cleaned it and tightened it down. when i went to start the car i was having codes 7 and 16 blink at me. i checked injectors and saw an o ring was leaking so i replaced all the seals on all 4. I also ordered a TPS but have not installed it yet as they dont really ever god bad from what i have researched. I am still getting both codes and a weak idle. any suggestions

Maybe the fast idle vale is too tight, Did you unplug the the map and tps maybe there switched.. reset the ecu, unplug the battery or ecu. and restart.

When I rebuilt my iacv I tightened it all the way down. Haven't had issues. Code 7 is throttle position I believe and 13 barometric pressure? I recently did a tps on my car. It's simple to replace but very touchy to calibrate! I belive it needs to be set at 1.5 WOT (wide open throttle) FIRST then .5 on closed throttle. Trust me it's not easy! You only need a multimeter and a ton of patience! Code 13 though, not familiar with its placement on the car, or what happens when it fails.
