It will probably ride like absolute garbage. Though you haven't listed what dampers you'll be using.

Race day.. it'll be awesome. not a good choice if you daily the car. Would be interested what your feedback is if you go through with it.

To put things in perspective 10k/12k is equivalent to ~575lb/675lb. That would make the springs 500-700% stiffer than the factory springs.

Those are some stiff setups. I guess I'm getting too old.

I was lying. I actually use 400/440 on an ITR with Koni yellows. I would consider them "bearable". But not brilliant for DD use.

OP has lost all interest. Unfortunately, without chassis and damper info...spring rates numbers aren't relevant.

My outrageous numbers were posted as a metaphor for life itself. What does it all mean? What am I doing here?

I am 33 and 350/250 in my DD is just barely tolerable. #hurtmybackadjustingtheseatthismorning

I live in the midwest so our roads are typically awful.

Didn't mind dailying OTS Ground Control rates in FL and was considering going up a bit. The lady never even complained about them there. Hate them in LA, enough that I'm kInd of ready for another car because softer isn't really an option. That's my data point.

For a daily setup I'd say keep the rates reasonable, use dampers with a good amount of headroom on the rebound, and run big bars. The big bars will give you the roll stiffness you are after while maintaining a decent amount of bump compliance.
