any one know anything about f23 rods . if they are strong enough for turbo

 

F-series engine=very strong for boost
plus low compression

I heard GUDE's rod is pretty good too..aim for mid to top range power.

 

crower rods will work good (or better than gude anyways) for a turbo setup...but on the stock rods don't push any more than 10 psi...8.8:1 compression is good for boost and the rods will hold nicely as long as you don't push it...

 

does Crower actually make rods for f-series?
Or can you use H-series? Or custom?

h rods are longer than the f's they are not the same length
