Poly bushings with bonded design(to inner/outer sleeve)
...had no idea what to put for a title, anyhow.
There is this company, Siberian Bushing, i think they are mostly just a marketing crew. anyhow, they figured out that harder poly doesn't actually work so well, and, the center pin needs to the bonded along with an outer sleeve. the only way i see around that is drilling/tapping for a grease fitting(zerk), and that seems it would just prolong the inevitable binding issues. Anyhow, these guys were having hardcore issues with rubber just failing hard at crazy cold temperatures, so, their urethane blend was the solution, along with an oe design.
that being said, i'm pretty sure i found their supplier(or at least someone doing the same thing in the same region).
Lower lateral arm outer and inner silent block, rear suspension ? Polyurethan
Lower lateral control arm silent block, front suspension (body). ? Polyurethan
Lower trailing arm big silent block, rear suspension (lug). ? Polyurethan
Shock absorber silent block, rear suspension ? Polyurethan
these parts are using a shore hardness of 70A they also have an 80 product without the inner sleeve bonded(but still with an outer sleeve, also, there is a russian tuner website that was talking about this stuff, people seem to like them and have actual engineering into the products vs a lot of whats coming out of china)
i have to figure out yet if these will fit my ED arms, but, if everything fits i'm planning on ordering stuff. this was just something neat i thought i'd pass along.

try siberianbushing polyurethane bushings. it's not marketing company, but real manufacturers and Polyurethane seems to be subordinate company. siberianbushing is presented at eBay and Amazon.ca and has good feedbacks.

yeah, i know, that was in my first post, at least i said i mentioned them... also said i couldn't find anything. they may have made those bushings at one point in time, but, it seems they do not make those anymore. all i have been able to find, even on their website, is front upper control arm bushings and shock bushings. thats it of the actual purchasable parts.
siberian bushings does not list US civics on their website(as in it seems they don't make parts), and under Civic Japan, they only have parts for 00+ civics. ....those seem to be old pictures or something, i've found them also. again, nothing under there amazon or ebay website.. and in fact, there is only 1 item for sale on amazon's website(at this current time)...... fail... xD
i have to take measurements of my bushings this weekend, then i'll know for sure what will fit from the the link i had in my first post, from Polyurethan(company spelling). They seem to be specialists with urethane products, Development ? Polyurethan they make a ton of stuff, even some crazy CV boots.
-----edit
oh, also, in one of the links in the first post the bushings are for or a stamped rear arm that came on some cars. i found a thread on honda-tech about the stamped arms using the same inner and outer bushings as the more common forged arms(or at least dimensions). shock bushing is different however. soo, there is that.

one more interesting vido - a man in Kazakhstan performs a test of poly bushing))
they actually have one listing at Amazon.com but a lot at Amazon.ca and Amazon japan. They seem to focus on japanese cars. I think you can request them about civics parts.
