Default P08 vs P06 head: Which one is better?

Ok I bought this Canadian 94 civic si/ex got to looking and I have a d16z6 block with a p08 head vtec now the fella I got it from also gave me a p06 head and intake. Which one is a better head I noticed the p06 has rollers in the head don't know much about what has been done internally but motor has been removed I can tell because bolts are missing but at the same this car is very responsive and quick any ideas and if it's setup what are some mods I can do besides exhaust and cold air intake

there are no stupid questions, just stupid people. 2 minutes of googling would've let you know that the p08 is the stock z6 head. p06 intake would be d15b7, which is inferior to the z6. b7 heads are not stamped p06, no single cam head is... but since you read the stamp off its manifold, odds are that is what it is. b7 head is in no way better than a z6, period. exhausts and intakes do **** all to these engines. faq sticky. read, absorb, profit.

lol, got me. add in the cost of a good exhaust, a chip and dyno time, and you just spend an assload of money for 5-6whp. money that on an otherwise stock car would probably be better spent on refreshing dirty old suspension components, bushings, etc. that being said, there's nothing wrong with having an exhaust and intake, many of us do, just don't expect any kind of real performance increase.
