91 Accord cranks but won't start, no fuel
My 91 Accord LX 5 speed with a f22a6 was making a really loud whistling noise. After figuring out it was my throttle body gasket that had a piece missing. I took the tb out, cleaned all the mating surfaces, removed the upper part of my manifold to make sure the piece from the gasket wasn't still there, put everything back together and replaced both gaskets.
When I turned it on after putting everything back, it started but wouldn't hold idle and die. I ran my CEL codes which i had done before and the only code it would throw was a code 41, it threw a code 17 i think, which was a iacv code. I then realized it was the iacv connection that had a ripped wire and the very base of the connection so I couldn't splice it back, so I went to the junkyard, got a new connection and new o2 sensor since I needed one anyway, and installed both properly.
I was able to adjust the throttle cable to keep it from dying when I first started it after replacing the gaskets, I even drove around the block a couple times and it felt fine. After replacing the o2 sensor and the iacv connector, it cranked but won't start. I loosened the fuel line on the fuel rail and turned the key, no fuel. I then tried to run the codes to see what was wrong, the CEL stays solid, even when I jump the service connector. I tried resetting the ECU with no luck, I thought maybe the ECU went out, bought another one but nothing. Returned it and bought the fuel relay, still nothing. I replaced the fuel pump less than 5 months ago so I don't think that's the problem. But I still don't know why it won't show me the codes anymore, even with the new ECU it still stayed solid.
My registration expired 2 days ago, and I need to get it running and get it smogged as soon as possible, so please if you have any advise or tips that can help me pinpoint my problem then I'd really appreciate it, thank you !
