Default 95 eg no start

Hey guys so just reinstalled my engine into my civic and when I tried to start the car for the first time I saw the check engine light come on for 2 seconds and then turn off (normal) while the fuel pump primed. Cranked the engine over started then stalled. Now I don't see the check engine light come on and the fuel pump does not prime... What can cause this issue?

Fried the ecu possibly?

Check the fuses with teslights and fuel pump fuse with the key in the on position.
You checked all the fuses in the engine bay as well correct.

Yes all the fuses in the engine bay as well. Is there any way to test the ECU? I don't have another one to throw in it at the moment. What could cause the ECU to take a dump like that? I didn't rewire anything

A23-body= 11.56v
So then I did B1-body and I got 11.56v
and A25-body and got 11.56v
Also when I do A26-body I get 11.56v with red lead in A26
But I am still unsure of where to look next

Once this happened to my Acura. I swore up and down I checked all the fuses so I bought a new ecu. Still didn't turn on. Then I checked the fuses again and sure enough one was blown. Haha.

Short some where in the wires or blown fuse.

So we already know its a 95 eg.
What we don't know is what engine.
Why did you remove the engine in the first place? And did you stick the stock engine back in?

Same engine same wire harness never touched the ecu. I did swap out the main relay for a known good one. Only reason engine came out was to clean and rebuild it. Engine and car is completely stock
