Default blower motor

so I have a 93 Honda civic dx 5spd sedan and the blower motor will not kick on. I replaced the resistor and the blower motor and the relay in the under dash fuse box. I was getting 12v across the two wires to the blower motor then when I installed the new one it was only reading 7.3-8.1 volts at the wires. I don't know where to look next can someone help please!?!?

Check the hood and dash fuses for the blower.

Default Re: blower motor

when the resistor bites the dust the ecu shuts down the a/c.
once you replace resistor you have to reset the ecu to get everything back to normal.
