Icon4 2014 Honda CRV Stereo Issue

I recently took apart the stereo in my 2014 CRV. I installed a Alpine In Line Amplifier for the four door speakers. I attached a Memory Maintainer to the ODB port to ensure the stereo memory remained intact. The far right of the back of the stereo is the speakers and stereo power. This is the only area I touched splicing in the power and ground as well as remote and all four speakers respectively. Once completed I removed the memory maintainer and noticed two things. The nav screen above the stereo went black and the audio was not available and the key fob no longer locked or unlocked the vehicle. I plugged in the memory maintainer just to see if it would work and the screen reactivated but the fob still will not lock or unlock the vehicle. I need to get this fixed and wonder if anyone has seen this issue themselves.
