Default 2000 Honda B20z2 with p8r head

How much HP can the Con rods and crankshaft handle before I need to Seriously upgrade??
I am in the middle of a engine build and thank you for your help in advance

The rods and crank have the same limits as any B18. The weak points are the cylinder walls.

Keeping stock bottom end (better bearings) I would say 350 is max. But under 300 is the safe way to do it.
