Hi all,

I have an 06' CR-V AWD 2.4L with just over 100k miles. In the last week it has been making a almost light grinding noise cycling off and on every second. I've replaced the serpentine belt & tensioner pulley with no avail. Can anyone give me any further perspective on this noise, ill link an audio file of the noise.

Presuming that you have no problems with your tensioner pulley and you have the correct tension on the drive belt, does the noise go if you depress the clutch? Also you might drop your alternator belt to eliminate any problems with the alternator bearings’.
