Blue plug under steering column??
Hi,
So, looking at my cars wiring I see this weird blue plug which reminds me of an obd2 port but not quite the same. It's a blue plug under the steering column. Did Honda somehow use this to check vehicles? Was thinking it might be a convenient way to tap into some signals if it is. There's about 16 actual wires going to it. It is near where my old alpine alarm was but doesn't appear to be related, , looks stock if anything but I can't find any info about it.
Thoughts?

Interesting, never seen something like that before, I thought it was odd it was just hanging there and not plugged into any thing? I suppose if it has power, ground, illumination, it could be plugged into for accessories requiring this? Is there a possible female connector or am I missing something silly..?
Like, it's plugged into nothing, I don't see anywhere to plug it to and everything in my car works normal.
So unless it junctions within the connector and all the wires come out the same side?
